Tracie Ward

Tracie Ward has over 35 years of work experience in the jewelry and timepiece industry. Tracie first joined Bailey Banks & Biddle in 1985 as a salesperson and remained with the company until 1992. Tracie then moved to Govberg Jewelers and worked there from 1992 to 2012 as a salesperson. In 2013, they joined Time After Time as a Store Manager, where they were responsible for training and motivating the sales team while tracking sales goals. Tracie returned to Govberg Jewelers in 2019, where they held positions as a Sales Specialist and a Timepiece and Jewelry Specialist. Throughout their career, Tracie has maintained a strong focus on customer service and cultivating meaningful experiences for clients.

Tracie Ward's education history includes completing a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Jewelry Silversmithing Enameling. Tracie attended the Cleveland Institute of Art from 1981 to 1984, and also obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in the same field from the Center for Creative Studies in Detroit, Michigan, from 1979 to 1984.
