Montserrat Martell Domingo

Montserrat Martell Domingo is a seasoned professional in cultural management and sustainable development, currently serving as a member of the Advisory Council for Cultural Heritage within the Andorran Ministry of Culture and Sports since October 2019. Martell Domingo held the position of Strategic Projects Advisor at Comú Escaldes-Engordany from January 2020 to December 2023. With extensive experience at UNESCO from 1998 to 2018, roles included Specialist in Culture Program for Costa Rica, overseeing office direction in San José, and regional positions in Cuba and Paris, focusing on culture and sustainable development. Earlier, Martell Domingo served as Secretary General ad interim for the Andorran National Commission for UNESCO between 1996 and 1998. Academic credentials include a Master's in Cultural Management from Université Paris Dauphine and degrees from University of Glasgow and KEDGE Business School.
