Montserrat Martell Domingo is a seasoned professional in cultural management and sustainable development, currently serving as a member of the Advisory Council for Cultural Heritage within the Andorran Ministry of Culture and Sports since October 2019. Martell Domingo held the position of Strategic Projects Advisor at Comú Escaldes-Engordany from January 2020 to December 2023.
