Kari Likovuori

Kari Likovuori is an experienced network architect and product manager at the Government ICT Centre Valtori, responsible for telecommunications and supporting services, including WAN, LAN, and datacenter networks. Kari has extensive expertise in network architecture, development, and security, having held senior specialist roles and managed the government shared network (VY-verkko) at both Valtori and the Government IT Shared Service Centre at the State Treasury Finland. In addition to work in government ICT, Kari is the owner and CEO of Vaahtokukka, a consulting and teaching company focused on beer brewing, and has experience as a managing director and brewer at Stadin Panimo Oy. Educational qualifications include a degree from the University of Helsinki complemented by extensive technical experience in ICT, programming, and network support.
