Vinicius Fernandes

Vinicius Fernandes is an experienced researcher currently working at CAPES - Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior since March 2019. Previously, Vinicius held roles as an Analyst and External Consultant in Government Relations at Pulso Público - Consultoria Política from February 2016 to October 2017. Earlier experience includes an internship at PATRI from August 2013 to August 2015.
