Adriana Poveda

Adriana Poveda has over 15 years of experience in service delivery and strategic initiatives within the public sector, currently serving as the Executive Director of Service Delivery at BC Public Service since 2009, with previous roles including A/Executive Director of Strategic Services and Director of Service Transformation. Prior experience includes positions as a Senior Financial Analyst and Service Delivery Manager at Stream Global Services, along with various managerial and supervisory roles at Istonish. Adriana Poveda holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Foreign Trade from Universidad Sergio Arboleda and has completed Executive Education in Outsourcing and Collaborative Contracting at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
