Cyril Kelly

Cyril Kelly is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Director within the BC Public Service since May 2022, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for the Arts & Culture Division, including the Royal BC Museum. Cyril has a strong background in developing budgeting strategies, enhancing financial processes, and supervising finance teams, with a history of successfully managing multi-million dollar budgets and fostering relationships with stakeholders. Cyril holds a Chartered Accountancy certification from Chartered Accountants Ireland and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College Cork.
