Heather-Lynn Remacle

Heather-Lynn Remacle has an extensive career with the BC Public Service, serving in various roles since September 2003, currently as Senior Director of Lab Services at The Exchange Lab, where facilitation, team building, and innovating methods are pivotal. Previous positions include Senior Policy/Program Analyst for Digital Government, where efforts were made to enhance the government's digital capabilities, and Senior Climate Action Analyst, focusing on outreach initiatives for climate change. Additionally, Heather-Lynn leads as Co Creative Director for Decades After Paris, a musical project centered on climate narratives, and operates Heather Lynn Creative, a venture dedicated to communications and engagement. An alumna of the University of Victoria, Heather-Lynn holds a BSc in Geography and Environmental Studies.
