Josh Thompson

Josh Thompson serves as the Manager of Outreach and Engagement at the Environmental Assessment Office within the BC Public Service, where responsibilities include providing expert advice on stakeholder engagement and developing outreach strategies to enhance awareness of programs and policies. With a diverse background in engagement and communication roles, prior positions include Engagement Specialist for the Economic Development Division, Online Communications Officer for Government Communications and Public Engagement Headquarters, and Web and Social Media Coordinator for the Office of the Superintendent of Motor Vehicles. Additionally, Josh has experience as a Freelance Photographer, Lifeguard Team Leader, Senior Installation Technician, and Photography Editor at The Martlet Newspaper. Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Victoria.
