Noah Snell

Noah Snell currently serves as the Manager of Provincial Planning for Disaster Risk Management at BC Public Service since July 2023. Prior to this role, Noah was a Program Manager for Disaster Risk Reduction and Climate Change Adaptation at the Canadian Red Cross from September 2022 to July 2023. Noah has also held positions as a Provincial Planning Officer for Disaster Risk Reduction at BC Public Service and as an Emergency Management Coordinator at the Canadian Red Cross. Earlier roles included various positions in People Services at the Canadian Red Cross. Noah holds a Bachelor's degree in Geography and a Minor in Global Development Studies from the University of Victoria, completed between 2016 and 2020.
