Vincent T.

Vincent T. has extensive experience in public service and customer care, currently serving as an Immigration Program Advisor in the BC Public Service since April 2017, with previous roles in social development and healthcare adjudication. Prior to this, Vincent worked at Credential as a Client Solutions Officer and at Rogers Communications as a bilingual Customer Care Consultant, achieving high customer satisfaction scores and significant cost savings through contract negotiations. Earlier experiences include positions at Downtown Eastside Seniors Centre, JSR Micro Inc. as a Laboratory and Quality Control Technician, and Environment Canada as both an Ecosystem Technician and Inorganic Analyst. Vincent holds a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences and Earth Sciences from The University of British Columbia.
