Mark Fraser

Mark Fraser, ICD.D, is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in strategic management and governance. Currently, Fraser serves as the Founder and Principal of 440park, where the focus is on enhancing company performance by linking strategy and execution. Additional roles include Council Member of the Natural Products Marketing Council for the Government of Nova Scotia, Director of Ski Nova Scotia, and various leadership positions within the Halifax Chamber of Commerce. Fraser's past board experience includes serving as Director at Oberland Agriscience Inc. and Lead Independent Director at HomeEXCEPT. With a background in technology and operations, including significant roles at T4G Limited, Fraser holds a Post-graduate degree from Harvard Business School and an ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
