Nemer Ramadan has extensive experience in international relations, currently serving as Chef du pupitre Maghreb, Péninsule arabique et Iran at the Ministère des Relations internationales et de la Francophonie du Québec (MRIF) since September 2011. Prior to this role, Nemer held positions within the same ministry, including Chef du pupitre Afrique subsaharienne from 2006 to 2010 and Chef du pupitre Égypte et Afrique de l’Est/Nord-Est from 2000 to 2006. Nemer’s academic involvement includes serving as an Assistant d'enseignement at UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal from 1996 to 2000 and as an Assistant de recherche at the Collège militaire royal du Canada in 1996.
