Sophie B. Lemay has extensive experience in international relations and protocol within the Quebec government, currently serving as Directrice France at the Ministère des Relations internationales et de la Francophonie du Québec (MRIF) since May 2011. Previous roles at MRIF included Chef adjointe du Protocole and various advisory positions focused on privileges and immunities. Earlier experience includes a stint as an intern in the direction of official correspondence and privileges at the Ministère des Relations internationales, and supporting temporary foreign worker programs at Service Canada. Sophie holds a Master's degree in International Public Administration from the Université du Québec and has completed multiple certificates in project management from Université Laval and HEC Montréal.
