Arnold Pangilinan

Arnold Pangilinan is a seasoned engineering professional with over 26 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as Chief MEP Engineer at Ras Al Khaimah Municipality Department since December 2019, Arnold previously held the position of MEP Team Leader at WS Atkins & Partners Overseas from July 2006 to December 2019, where leadership of the MEP team of engineers and CAD draftsmen was a key responsibility. Prior to that, Arnold was the Engineering Manager at Forssman Pacific Corporation from July 2001 to June 2006, overseeing the Engineering department, and served as a Senior Engineer and project manager at Takasago Philippines Inc. from January 1997 to January 2001. Arnold earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bulacan State University between 1991 and 1996.
