Sara Hearn

Sara Hearn serves as the Manager of Improvement and Innovation at the Government of Saskatchewan since June 2007, where responsibilities include supporting the Ministry of Advanced Education in innovation and improvement projects. Previous roles within the Government of Saskatchewan include Office of Planning, Performance and Improvement Consultant, Manager of Strategic Initiatives, and Senior Policy Consultant, all focused on innovation, human-centered design, and continuous improvement. As a Service Designer, Hearn contributed to transformational change projects within the provincial government. Additional experience includes roles as Acting Director for Income Assistance, Housing and Disability Policy, and Senior Policy Analyst, emphasizing strategic management and housing policy. Sara Hearn's early career involved research support at the Saskatchewan Urban Municipalities Association. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Regina.
