Kip Evoy

Kip Evoy has been a Senior Sales Representative at Government Scientific Source since July 2001. Prior to that, Kip was the Chief of Forensic Photography at AFIP from June 1990 to April 1995, overseeing a team of military forensic photographers. Between September 1989 and September 1991, Kip served as the Chief of Photographic Intelligence at Foreign Technology Division, Air Force Systems Command, focusing on overt collections of Eastern Bloc weapons systems. Evoy studied Psychology at Roanoke College in 1971.
