Gerry Lowe

Gerry Lowe is an experienced senior executive with a strong background in strategic operations and software development within the public sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Strategic Operations at GovCIO since September 2020, Gerry previously held various leadership roles at the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs from September 2010 to August 2020, including Deputy Executive Director of the Enterprise Project Management Division and Director of several key initiatives, such as Benefits, Appeals and Memorial Affairs and Veteran Centered Experience. Gerry holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Mathematics from Saint Francis University, as well as an Associate of Science in Medical Technology from Mount Aloysius College.
