Abubakar Hassan

Abubakar Hassan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in emergency management and human resources. Currently serving as the Director General of the Kaduna State Contributory Health Management Authority and Executive Secretary of the Kaduna State Emergency Management Agency since August 2020, Abubakar has previously held significant positions including Private Secretary to the Deputy Governor of Kaduna State and various roles in human resources management at prominent organizations such as Dangote Cement, LafargeHolcim, and Union Bank of Nigeria Plc. Abubakar's educational background includes a Master's degree in International Law and Diplomacy from the University of Lagos and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Usman Danfodio University Sokoto, complemented by executive education from prestigious institutions including Cornell University and the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
