Pam Saia Palm

Pam Saia Palm has been working in the technical writing and marketing support field since 1990. Pam began their career at AECOM as an ENSR Proposal Writer. In 2003, they worked at Fidelity Investments as a Technical Writer, creating the technical architecture and installation guide for a Web reporting product. In 2004, they worked at Liberty Mutual as a Technical Writer, creating documentation for an online request tracking application. From 2006 to 2007, they worked at EastCoast CAD/CAM as a Technical Writer-Quality Assurance, supporting a small software company. In 2011, they worked at A I D I as a Technical Writer. From 2012 to 2019, they worked at General Dynamics Mission Systems as a Technical Editor, providing release support services and technical editing support. Currently, they work at Governors America Corp as a Technical Writer and Marketing Support, creating and updating technical manuals and providing support aids to application engineers, sales, and distributors.

Pam Saia Palm attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they earned their Bachelor's degree in journalism.
