Patrick Gibbons

Patrick Gibbons, CPP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in security and protection across various sectors. Currently serving as Vice President and Co-Founder for Product Design & Government Empowerment at GovGPT since April 2024 and as Executive Director at Gibbons - Sentinel Shield (GSS) since January 2024, Gibbons focuses on leveraging emerging technologies and providing security guidance to organizations. Previously, Gibbons held significant roles in corporate security, notably as Sr. Manager Utility Security at Pepco Holdings and Vice President at both Lowers Risk Group and Dunbar Armored. Gibbons has a distinguished background as a Supervisory Special Agent with the FBI, complemented by early law enforcement experience as a Maryland State Trooper. Gibbons holds a Master's degree from the U.S. Naval War College and additional credentials from the FBI National Academy and the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
