Raj Abhyanker

Raj Abhyanker is a seasoned entrepreneur and legal expert with extensive experience in technology and intellectual property. As the Founder and CEO of Trademarkia since 2009, Raj has provided legal services to over 120,000 clients, including small businesses and large corporations. In 2024, Raj became CEO of GovGPT, a startup focused on developing customizable AI technologies for civilian and military applications. Prior to this, Raj co-founded and served as Partner at LEGALFORCE RAPC WORLDWIDE, specializing in patent representation for major tech companies. Raj also co-founded Spiral Moon Media, where innovative video production took place, and held key roles in various startups, including Fatdoor and Bonjour Crepe Company. Additionally, Raj has an extensive background in patent law with experience at major law firms, along with direct industry exposure as Director of Supply Chain at Juniper Networks. Raj holds a JD from Arizona State University College of Law, an MBA from W. P. Carey School of Business, and a BSEE from Arizona State University.
