Jacob Portnoff

Jacob Portnoff is a Data Engineering Manager at Govini, with previous experience as a Software Development Manager at AlphaSights and a Senior Software Engineer at Highmark Health. Prior to that, Jacob served as the Director of the Voise Center of Innovation at Linguastat, Inc./Voise, and held various engineering roles at Linguastat, Inc. and School of Information, UC Berkeley. Jacob also has military experience as an Artillery Officer in the US Army.
