Mark McCleary

Mark McCleary is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in systems engineering, technical program management, and product development across various domains, including autonomous vehicles and advanced technologies. Currently serving as Principal Technical Program Manager at Govini, McCleary previously held the position of Chief Technology Officer at Lucas Systems, where responsibilities included overseeing the technology roadmap and product development related to operations research algorithms and AI/ML applications. Prior to this, McCleary served in senior leadership roles at Aurora and Uber ATG, focusing on the engineering of autonomous vehicles, and held multiple senior director and engineering positions at L3Harris Technologies, managing large teams and multi-million dollar budgets. McCleary's academic credentials include a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of South Alabama and participation in the Executive Development Program at The Wharton School.
