Michael Fryke

Michael Fryke is the current Chief Executive Officer at GovInvest. Michael was previously the General Manager of the Corporate and Public Sector Business Unit at NetDocuments from December 2019 to October 2022. Michael was responsible for Business Unit Buildout, Go to Market Strategy, Recruitment, Partner Engagement, Team Development, Growth, and Revenue Attainment. Michael successfully led the exit of NetDocuments to Warburg Pincus.

Prior to their role at NetDocuments, Michael was the Chief Revenue Officer at EMS Software from January 2018 to June 2019. Michael was responsible for Global GTM strategy, pre-sales functions, market messaging, sales execution, and P&L. During their time at EMS Software, they grew revenue by 130% and increased ARR by 161%. Michael successfully led the exit of EMS Software to Genstar Capital.

From October 2017 to December 2017, Michael served as Vice President, Global and National Accounts at EMS Software. Prior to that, they were President and General Manager of North America at Runge Pincock Minarco from December 2015 to July 2017.

Michael began their career in enterprise software at Mincom in January 1998 where they served as Global Director, Enterprise Software until January 2007.

Michael Fryke has a MBA in Finance from Claremont Graduate University and a BSME in Mechanical Engineer from Santa Clara University.
