Michael McAteer - Cspo

Michael McAteer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and customer success. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success and Director of Onboarding at GovPilot since February 2022, Michael leads a team of 13 Project Managers, Business Analysts, and Developers to effectively configure and implement software solutions for local governments. Prior to this role, Michael worked as an Operations Manager at EPIC, a Synagro Company, and at APM Terminals, where responsibilities included managing operations and serving as Assistant Operations Manager for Vessel Operations. Michael's earlier experience includes serving as a Fire Support Noncommissioned Officer in the United States Army. Educationally, Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Rutgers University.
