Isaiah Jones, MBA, has a diverse range of work experience. Isaiah started their career at Nova Southeastern University as a Customer Service Representative, where they handled housing contracts, work orders, and mediated disputes. Isaiah then moved on to Casey Insurance Group, where they worked as a Customer Service Representative, resolving product and service issues for clients. Following this, they joined GreatFlorida Insurance as a Sales Representative, maintaining a client portfolio and achieving high client retention rates. Isaiah also gained experience as a Tax Consultant at The Tax Team Of Florida LLC, conducting research on tax laws and strategizing with clients to minimize tax liability. Isaiah then transitioned to Kaplan University, serving as an Admissions Advisor and making outbound sales calls, cross-selling services, and maintaining contact with collegiate and federal departments.
