Joel Shroades

Joel Shroades is an experienced professional with a diverse background in data stewardship and analysis, currently serving at GovSpend since July 2021. Prior roles include adjudicator at the Virginia Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services from June 2020 to July 2021, and emergency medical technician at both Carilion Clinic and American Medical Response from June 2018 to June 2020 and September 2016 to May 2018, respectively. Joel Shroades holds a Master's degree in Human Services from Liberty University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from the same institution, and an Associate's degree from Virginia Western Community College.
