Herve R is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and machine learning. Currently serving as Senior Leader at GovTech Singapore, Herve has held significant positions, including Senior Manager at Indeed, where leadership was provided to the Salary Estimation team, impacting around 300 million job seekers. As CTO and Co-Founder of Quod AI, Herve developed a search engine for source code utilizing advanced machine learning techniques. With a strong focus on engineering leadership and mentorship, Herve has also contributed to various startups and initiatives, including roles at XPRIZE and Sentifi, where innovative solutions for financial intelligence were created. Academic qualifications include a Master’s in Computer Science from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from The George Washington University.
