Mark Chen

Mark Chen is a Principal Product Manager and Program Director at GovTech Singapore, where they founded and lead a team focused on developing technology solutions to detect and disrupt scams. They previously held roles as a Staff Data Scientist and Product Lead at Meta from 2017 to 2023, a Management Consultant at Bain & Company from 2015 to 2017, and an Economic Analyst at NERA Economic Consulting from 2012 to 2015. Mark also completed internships at Goldman Sachs and GIC, as well as at the Civil Service College. They hold an MPhil from the University of Cambridge and a BSc from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
