Samuel Lim

Samuel Lim is a Senior DevOps Engineer at GovTech Singapore since March 2025, bringing extensive experience in the DevOps field that includes roles at TurnKey Lender and Zionext, where Samuel served as a DevOps Engineer and DevOps Lead Engineer, respectively. Previous experience includes leading DevOps initiatives at Kydon Learning Systems Group and MQ Spectrum Pte Ltd, contributing significantly to both companies during and after their acquisitions. Samuel began a career in technology as a System Engineer at the Ministry of Defence of Singapore and has held various positions in IT support and internships, backed by a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology and Business from Singapore University of Social Sciences and a Diploma in Information Systems from Republic Polytechnic.
