Micah Shadwell

Micah Shadwell has over 20 years of professional experience in software engineering and development. In 2000, they began their career as a Junior Programmer and Systems Administrator at BU IT Services. Micah then moved on to ASAP Systems in 2003 as a Software Engineer and Consultant, followed by Northrop Grumman in 2006 as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2008, they became an Independent Contractor and Senior Software Engineer and Consultant. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a Lead Software Developer at Insignia Technology and eDataTech. Micah then worked as a Lead Software Developer at 22nd Century Technologies Inc. in 2013, followed by a Contract Software Engineer role at NetApp. In 2014, they joined SharpSwitch as a Technical Architect and Software Engineering Manager, where they designed and implemented software for the Department of Defense. Finally, in 2022, they began their current role as Technical Lead at GovX.

Micah Shadwell attended Baylor University from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems.
