Roslyn Keane

Roslyn Keane has held various roles in the field of human resources and management. Roslyn is currently working as the VP of People & Culture at Goway Travel since April 2022. Prior to that, they served as the VP of People Care and Management at Paradigm Quest from February 2018 to March 2022. From January 2014 to May 2017, they worked as the Head of Human Resources at SalesSense International Ltd, where they led a team and was responsible for the design and implementation of HR and recruitment functions. Before that, they had multiple roles at Rio Tinto, including HR Project Advisor, Recruitment Campaign Advisor, and Recruitment Advisor, where they were responsible for volume recruitment campaigns, process improvements, and stakeholder management.

Roslyn Keane has a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce from the Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology, which they obtained from 2007 to 2009. Roslyn also holds a Higher Certificate in Business/Commerce, General from the Institute of Technology, Carlow, which they received from 2004 to 2006. Furthermore, they completed a course on Leadership Principles at the Harvard Business School Online in 2021 and attended a program on Employment Law at the Technological University Dublin in 2015.
