With experience in various roles at organizations such as GoWest Credit Union Association, Washington State Senate, and City of SeaTac, Joe has held positions such as Vice President of Legislative Affairs, Senior Public Information Officer, and Planning Commission Chair. Joe's educational background includes a BA in History, Politics and Government from the University of Puget Sound.
