Zhenyu Gu has worked in the semiconductor industry since 2002. Zhenyu'sfirst role was as an Analog Design Engineer at Multichip Microelectronics, where they were responsible for Large Display Driver and Ballast Driver Development. In 2004, they moved to Philips Semiconductor, where they designed low power CMOS band-gap, voltage/current reference generators, always on regulator & FSM related control logic for macro module PSU applied at PNX0161 (USB headphone) and designed RSDS transceiver for TFT timing control IC. In 2006, they joined NXP Semiconductors as an Analog Design Engineer and Project Manager, where they managed PCF50616 project (PMU chip included DCDC/LDO/charger applied for portable power device). In 2008, they moved to ST-Ericsson as an Analog Design Engineer and SOC Designer, where they were responsible for PHY and high speed clock IC Development and related IP Design for Smart Phone & Tablet System. In 2013, they joined Anlogic Info Tech as an Analog Design Engineer, where they were responsible for Analog and mix-signal IP Development including Design and Characterization Test. Zhenyu has been with Gowin Semiconductor Corp since 2014, where they are a Staff IC Design Engineer.
Zhenyu Gu obtained a Master degree in Physics from Shanghai University between 1999 and 2002.
