Kalene Dutcher

Kalene Dutcher, MBA, currently serves as National Manager of Legal Talent Programs at Gowling WLG, where responsibilities include overseeing national student and associate programs to enhance performance and satisfaction across various regions, with a strong focus on project management and alignment with organizational goals. Prior to this role, Kalene was a Senior Human Resources Manager at Inter Pipeline, where leadership abilities were showcased by managing a team across three HR departments and reporting directly to the Vice President. Other HR experiences include positions at Tolko Industries, Total E&P, and AKITA Drilling Ltd. Kalene holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Liverpool and has academic roots in the University of Calgary.
