Edith Eargle, MHRM, MBA, is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Surge Staffing since September 2024. Eargle has a robust background in HR, having previously worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in various capacities, including HR Advisory and HR Recruiter, where strategic support and diversity initiatives were key focuses. With a dedicated role at Franklin International as Human Resources Generalist and extensive experience at Verizon as Senior Trainer, Recruiter, and Project Manager, Eargle has consistently enhanced HR processes and compliance. In addition to HR expertise, Eargle is a certified Yoga Instructor specializing in hot yoga, guiding clients toward improved physical and mental wellness. Eargle is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources at Liberty University.
