Sumaiya Tahsin Nidhi has worked in various roles starting from 2017 to the present day. Sumaiya'swork experience includes working as a Quality Control Executive at Frontdesk Bangladesh Limited, as a Joint Coordinator at East West University Creative Marketing Club, as a Customer Service Representative at bKash Limited, as a Customer Experience (CEX) staff at ShopUp, as an Issue Resolution (IR) staff at Daraz, and currently, as an Executive of New Business at GoZayaan. Throughout their work experience, they have successfully led teams, organized events, managed finances, and maintained quality control.

Sumaiya Tahsin Nidhi completed their Secondary School Certificate (SSC) from Viqarunnisa noon school in 2013 with a degree in Business Administration and Management, General. Following this, they pursued Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) from Viqarunnisa noon school and College, which was completed in 2015. Sumaiya also studied English at East West University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree, but the start and end years for this course are unknown.
