Dash Badcock

Dash Badcock is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Android Go To Market for the APAC region at Google since February 2007. In this role, Dash leads the localization of global product strategy into actionable partnership plans, focusing on significant investments aimed at driving Android growth. Previous positions at Google include leading platforms and ecosystems partnerships in Southeast Asia, where Dash built relationships with various stakeholders to enhance the Android user base, and managing EMEA distribution partnerships for Chrome and Apps. As a mentor, Dash supports junior team members in the Platforms and Devices team. Additional roles include angel investing in multiple companies and a consultancy position at Detica, where Dash provided management services to major telecommunications firms. Dash holds an MEng degree in Engineering Science from the University of Oxford.
