Gisele Emmanuelle MAMBINGO is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer and partner support, team leadership, and performance management across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Team Lead for Customer & Partner Support at Gozem since November 2021, Gisele is responsible for defining and executing support strategies, developing performance indicators, and ensuring effective communication with partners. Previous roles include City Coaching Team Lead and Platform Quality Officer at Gozem, Customer Advisor at Vu Sur Cameroun, and various positions at Heetch and Creolink Communication. Gisele holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Buea and a Master's degree in Quality-Safety-Environment from Maaron Training and Business School.
