Mert Yagci

Mert Yagci has held various roles throughout their work experience. Mert started their career in 2004 as a Guest Services Agent at Xanterra Parks & Resorts. In 2007, they worked as a Spanish Translator at Grupo OHL. From 2008 to 2013, they served as the Regional Sales Director, Southern Europe at Honda Aircraft Company. In 2013, they joined Gözen Air Services as a Business Development Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Commercial Director at Gözen Digital Aviation.

Mert Yagci completed their Master of Science (MS) in Marketing at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid from 2007 to 2008. Prior to that, they received an EACEA Scholarship at Universidad de Oviedo from 2005 to 2006. Mert also holds a University Degree from Ege University, where they studied from 2002 to 2005. Mert Yagci attended Dündar Çiloğlu Anadolu Lisesi from 1999 to 2002 and completed their Engish Prep at İzmir Özel Türk Koleji in 1996 and 1997. In addition, Mert Yagci obtained several certifications including Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM in 2021, SGHA-SLA and Effective Negotiation Behaviors from IATA Training in 2018, Financial Data Each Executive Should Know-Training from Deloitte Academy in 2015, Communication Techniques in Sales from European Turkish Business Development Center in 2007, and Guest Service Class and Telephone Etiquette Training from Xanterra Travel Collection in 2004.
