Roberto Gagliardi

Roberto Gagliardi is a seasoned professional in the sports industry, currently serving as the Head of Business Development at Sport Republic since March 2022. In this role, Gagliardi aids in utilizing intelligence and data analytics to propel the sports and entertainment sectors. Concurrently, Gagliardi is the Head of Recruitment and a Board Member at Göztepe Spor Kulübü since August 2022. Previously, Gagliardi held the position of Head of Football Operations at Portsmouth Football Club Ltd from March 2018 to March 2022, where responsibilities included creating a football philosophy and leading recruitment efforts. Additionally, Gagliardi served as Head of European Scouting and Recruitment Consultant for Bolton Wanderers FC, and Head of Recruitment at Leyton Orient FC, focusing on player identification and network development.
