Derek Holden is an experienced accounting professional currently serving as an Associate Fund Controller at GP Fund Solutions since January 2023, following a role as Senior Fund Accountant. Prior to this, Derek held the position of Senior Assurance Associate at Marvin and Company, P.C. from July 2019 to December 2022, and was previously a Staff Accountant at FJ Basile, CPAs, PC. Derek's career began with an Audit Intern position at Bowers & Company CPAs PLLC and included experience as an Accounting Assistant at American Sheet Metal Specialties. Derek holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the State University of New York at Oswego, which was earned between 2012 and 2017.
