Bryan Szczerba

Bryan Szczerba has a diverse work experience. Bryan started their career in 2013 as the Music Committee Chairman at the Student Union & Activities Advisory Board. During this role, they conducted research and priced artists for concerts, provided sound reinforcement for events, and trained volunteers in the use of sound equipment.

In 2014, Bryan worked as a Multicultural Peer Advocate at The Multicultural Center. Here, they were responsible for planning and organizing various events related to Native American, European, and Mixed Heritage Programming. This included contacting speakers and performers, creating budgets, setting learning objectives, and managing the events.

Since 2017, Bryan has been working at GP Mobile as a Business Analyst. In this position, they implemented and managed various systems, such as HR, time clock, scheduling, point of sale, and reporting systems. Bryan was also responsible for forecasting labor costs and maximizing sales opportunities based on traffic and sales data. Due to their efforts, GP Mobile was able to double its number of stores within two years, becoming one of T-Mobile's largest retail partners.
