Candice Hester

Candice Hester has a strong background in operations and management. Candice has been with GP Strategies Corporation since 2005, where they have held various roles such as Director of Operations and Senior Vice President. In these positions, they have focused on financial performance, standardizing operational processes, and integrating acquisitions. Candice has also worked as an Operations Manager and Assistant Director of Operations. Prior to their time at GP Strategies, they worked at STG as a Project Analyst and Events Coordinator. Overall, Candice has extensive experience in streamlining activities, financial reporting, and problem-solving.

Candice Hester obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, with a minor in Marketing, from Salisbury University between 2001 and 2003. Prior to that, they attended the College of Southern Maryland from 1999 to 2001, studying General Studies. From 2006 to 2008, they pursued their MBA at the University of Maryland Global Campus.
