Julyan Lee has over 16 years of experience in organizational change management. Julyan currently works as the Organizational Change Management Practice Lead - Enterprise Technology Adoption at GP Strategies Corporation starting from October 2018. In this role, they are responsible for growing and leading a team of OCM resources, executing various OCM disciplines, and building standard processes and methodologies.

Prior to this, Julyan worked at The Leeward Team from March 2010, where they served as the Prosci Certified Organizational Change Management Consultant/Founder/President. Here, they developed and executed OCM strategies, approaches, and plans for various clients, including the City of Houston Fire Department, City of Houston Permitting Center, UTC North American HVAC Field Services-Carrier, San Jacinto College, Andeavor Corporation, Chevron Corporation, and more.

Before that, they worked at Performance Readiness Solutions, a Group within GP Strategies, starting from July 2006 as a Principal Change Consultant. During their time there, they managed OCM staff, conducted workshops, created marketing materials, and developed change impact action plans for clients such as Waste Management and the City of Chicago Public Schools System.

Julyan also has experience working at Waste Management as an OCM Manager from January 2005 to July 2005, and as a Change Management Specialist for ROI Staffing from July 2002 to January 2005.

Julyan Lee attended Jacksonville State University from 1978 to 1980, although the degree and field of study are unknown. In addition, they obtained certifications in Prosci® from Prosci in 2015 and became a Six Thinking Hats Certified Trainer/Facilitator from Resources Unlimited in 1996.
