Liza Sullivan

Liza Sullivan CPIM has over 30 years of work experience in operations management and consultancy roles. Liza has held positions such as Head of Rolls-Royce Operations at GP Strategies Corporation and Training 2000 Ltd, where they also served as the Head of Operations - Commercial Contracts and Senior Training Partner for Rolls Royce. Prior to that, they worked as an Operations Management Consultant at LMS Consulting, specializing in lean production, operations management, and cost-saving initiatives. Earlier in their career, they served as a Communications and Logistics Manager at Adam Furniture Group PLC, a Site Manager/Operations Director at 3M, and an Operations Director at Aearo Technologies. Liza began their career as an Assistant Lab Manager at Dollond and Aichinson. Overall, their extensive experience spans various industries and they have expertise in process improvement, supply chain management, and motivational solutions.

Liza Sullivan CPIM completed their education at The Manchester Metropolitan University. Liza obtained a DIP PIM certification in Production and Inventory Management in 1997, focusing on Operations Management. Prior to that, they earned a Higher National Certificate in Computing from the same university from 1993 to 1995, specializing in Computing. In addition, Liza has acquired additional certifications including IOSH, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from 3M Brussels, and NLP Business Diploma from Quadrant One.
