Raymond Byrum

Raymond Byrum is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations management. Currently serving as Principal Analyst at Denaray since July 2022, Raymond previously held various leadership roles at GP Strategies Corporation, including Director of Compensation and HR Analytics. With a career spanning multiple companies, Raymond has also worked as an Operations Manager at Riverside Marine and Flowers Marine Corporation, and has held diverse positions in human resources, including HR Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager. Academic achievements include a BSBA in Business Management and two Master's degrees in Organizational Leadership and Human Resources from Chapman University, complemented by an AS in Mechanical Technology from Skagit Valley Community College.
