Scott Mooney

Scott Mooney is an experienced Learning Experience Design Manager at GP Strategies Corporation, where responsibilities include team leadership and talent development since October 2012. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Instructional Designer, focusing on learner-centric development opportunities across various industries. At the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, Scott held the role of Technical Training Manager, leading efforts to align technical training with organizational goals. Earlier experience includes project management for an online learning program at the Johns Hopkins University Center for Technology in Education and serving as a Teacher/Instructional Technology Coordinator in Prince George's County Public Schools.
