Scott Pistella

Scott Pistella is an experienced instructional designer with a diverse background in educational development and training. Currently employed as an Instructional Systems Designer at GP Strategies Corporation, Scott has previously served as an Instructional Systems Specialist at Mission Technologies and as an Instructional Designer at TTi Global. Additional roles include Instructional Specialist at Valkyrie Enterprises and Instructional Systems Designer at Camber Corporation, where Scott leveraged the PADDIE model to create innovative learning products. Prior experience includes management positions at Capital One and AMSEC LLC, as well as a tenure in quality control at Huntington Ingalls Industries and various roles in the US Navy. Scott holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Technology Management and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Saint Leo University.
