Theodora Michaelidou

Theodora Michaelidou is an accomplished professional in instructional design and training, currently serving as an Innovation Learning Consultant at GP Strategies Corporation since October 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Training Manager at Amicorp Group from June 2014 to August 2020, and positions as a Lecturer at the University of Nicosia from October 2011 to January 2015, and as an Instructional Designer at CARDET from March 2011 to May 2014. Prior to these roles, Theodora worked as an Instructional Designer at GP Strategies Corporation (Option Six) from May 2009 to May 2014. Theodora holds a Master’s degree in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University Bloomington, a Summer-Term degree in Arts and Design from Boston University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from the University of Cyprus.
